A district court in Moscow has extended Russian theatre director Kirill Serebrennikov’s house arrest by three months. His house arrest was due to expire on Friday, Jan. 19. Also, investigators doubled the damages against Serebrennikov’s studio from 68 million rubles to 133 million rubles.
On September 10, the State Kremlin Palace hosted the only ballet show with opera elements “The Crystal Palace”. It was shown on the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and Malta.
A target of the new course is to educate a person of theatre in a broad sense - a specialist who would be well-informed about theatre history, contemporary art, and a process of mounting theatre production.
